Spring Spritzer — a recipe inspired by Laundry Day

To celebrate the launch of our zingy new fragrance Laundry Day, our friend Charlie Treefrog created a Laundry Day-inspired mocktail. This refreshing, zesty drink is equally delicious with or without alcohol — like spring in a glass.
you'll need —
30ml passionfruit pulp, fresh or bought
15ml lime juice
2.5ml orange blossom syrup
5ml elderflower liqueur
Small handful of coriander leaves
Zest of half a lime
Soda water
(NOTE: to make alcoholic, add 30ml of gin or vodka)
to make —
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (or a sealed jar) except for the soda water.
2. Add several ice cubes into the mixture, and shake!
3. After a good minute of shaking, pour mixture through a strainer into a glass, and top with soda.
