Q: Do you offer returns on Private Sale orders?
A: No. All Private Sale orders are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on Private Sale purchases. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@abelfragrance.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if required) of the item.

Q: Can I use a discount code on my Private Sale order?
A: No. Discount codes cannot be applied to Private Sale items.

Q: Can I combine my orders?
A: No. Due to the high volume of orders during the Private Sale, orders cannot be combined. If multiple orders are placed, each order will be processed and dispatched separately.

Q: Can I earn or redeem loyalty points on Private Sale purchases?

- Private Sale is only available in United States and Canada on us.abelfragrance.com due to shipping restrictions. No exceptions.
- Private Sale is 50% off archive stock only, while stocks last.
- Private Sale stock is exclusively old formulas.
- Private Sale orders are FINAL. No cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds. No exceptions.
- Private Sale products may have minor imperfections, including minor scratches or cosmetic damage to the box, bottle, or outer packaging, fragrance in a mismatched bottle (e.g. Golden Neroli in a Cyan Nori–labelled bottle), or repurposed end-of-run components (e.g. caps or outer packaging from different scents), while the fragrance inside remains correct.
- Due to the high volume of orders during this period, we are unable to make changes or amendments to orders once they have been placed.
- Multiple Private Sale orders cannot be combined. Each order will be dispatched separately.

VANILLA ACCORD

A soft, milky vanilla accord crafted from Madagascar vanilla absolute, layered with a biotech vanillin molecule for a clean, modern warmth.
