All sales are final. We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

If you believe there has been an error with your order (e.g. an incorrect item was shipped or your product arrived damaged), please contact us at info@abelfragrance.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable.

Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, arrange an appropriate resolution. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We do not take liability for any goods lost or damaged during return transit.

Our 50mL and 6mL perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, as they cannot be guaranteed as unused or unopened once received.

Only items purchased directly from our website abelfragrance.com or us.abelfragrance.com are eligible for order support. Products purchased through department stores, specialty retailers, or other online outlets must be handled through their original point of purchase.
